Yang and Chen Taijiquan and Qigong Classes – In Seattle’s International District, Capitol Hill, West Seattle, Burien, and Renton

Welcome to Wise Orchid Taijiquan and Qigong

Practicing Tai Chi and Qigong can improve your health and strengthen your body by reducing stress, improving circulation, lowering blood pressure, improving digestion, while increasing bone density through its slow weight bearing movements. Practicing Tai Chi and Qigong is fun, builds friendships, gives you energy, confidence, and grace.

Come see for yourself why more and more people are enjoying the rich practice of Tai Chi and Qigong.  Join us at any one of our classes on Capitol Hill, the International District/Downtown, West Seattle, Burien and Renton.

What’s New:

Saturday April 27th, marked another year’s World Tai Chi & Qigong Day.
Thank you everyone who came out and joined in our practice at Cal Anderson Park.  Together we took a deep breath, raised our hands and
moved together passing the healing wave on west.  For more pictures and details check our our blog page.
